This is the worst hotel,BEWARE!! After missing a whole night's stay Regina the employee working at the time refused to allow me to speak with a manager. She stated she was the only one to talk to but I heard her consulting with another employee how to handle the matter. She refused to allow a refund for my first night that I paid for and did not stay due to flight delays. After checking in at 3:30 a.m I was rudely awakened by the contractors and loud people in the hallways. This place is truly a ghetto hotel. They are under renovation and new management I booked this place under false pretences as it was supposed to be a Sleep Inn. I was never informed of any renovating when booking. After several complaints I finally got some towels and toilet paper . The bathroom was not equipped with extra anything, and it takes a year and a day,and harassing the front desk to get anything around here. The fire alarm went off at least 3 times and nobody has the courtesy to tell you it's a false alarm! So much for sleeping well at this location. Everything is dirty as Regina herself stated housekeeping only comes every 3-4 days for long stays,so what about those days in between? Absolutely disgusting. They're just here to steal your money. After forfeiting my first night that was paid,losing rest and the fire alarms situation I was denied again. This time I was told it's already halfway through the day so they can't do it,however check out is 11 a.m I was looking to pack and leave by 1:30 and still was denied. They still denied me a refund when trying to leave today my final day and Regina basically disregarded me and hung up. I had to call her back again and remind her of the poor professionalism and customer service before she even attempted to assist me with anything else. Regina was not accommodating nor was she professional. She lastly offered to get anything else I may need to for my room as there was no other way she could help me, and so far a half an hour has passed and not 1 thing requested has arrived. Absolute nightmare. Please just spend the extra money and help yourself out,thank me later!!

Spoke to Regina when checking out today about the mattress. She was very helpful. We we’re supposed to stay 2 nights but because of bed and all the construction decided to cancel the second night. Hope our credit card is charged properly for one night only. Thanks for Regina.

Really Nice To Walk In THE Door And Smell The Smell Of A Skunk...n...As Of It Had Been Smoked..but other than thatnCleannQuiet..nNo Sugar At The Coffee Bar..nNo Wash Regs..nAnd The Pillows was Nothing But A Small Square..nVery Disappointed In That .nNice Big TV..n....The Heat worked Well.n...Nice Staff...n.....And The Rates Was Good $53.00 one night...yes I'd go back.

Had a good experience. New owners and renovation construction but our room was clean and the staff was helpful. With covid issues to deal with as well it was a good stay. Good value for the money.

Rooms need renovation. They are getting in bad condition. They are in processes of renovation now, but don't know if that is including rooms as well. If it does, I'd be willing to give them another try.
