Excellent customer service. Front desk extremely welcoming and friendly both at check in and departure. Clean hotel and rooms!! Will definitely stay there again.
The room that we stayed in was super clean. The common areas and hallways were just as clean. Breakfast was great given that COVID restrictions still apply, but overall was an awesome stay. Front Manager, Crystal remembered us from a year ago almost!
For those looking to work here as maintenance, I hope I have your attention. My application consists of mall maintenance 2+ years, woodworking / carpentry and other various remodeling experience and I've yet to hear back from them with me asking multiple times about a job. They are still currently looking for a maintenance employee and I have been staying here (in a room at the hotel) for roughly 3 weeks. I've first hand witnessed how the management works and how it is quite neglectful to the responsibilities of hiring a responsible employee. I've no negative background nor have I been in trouble with any government or local officials. Our room has two major problems, loose hand rail fixtures in the shower and our main table legs in the room are not even attached to the table. We had over $2,000 dollars of computer hardware on this table until we realized (luckily) when reaching underneath for something. Good luck Fairfield on your search for a maintenance man!
The room was very nice and clean. Will recommend and most definitely be back.
