Blood was in my room
When we arrived it was trash all around the building and we thought the building was abandoned the way it looked from the outside, there where crackheads outside of the hotel talking to themselves and I honestly did not feel safe or comfortable staying there so my mom decided to cancel the reservation. She called customer service and they told her they would refund the money in approximately 24-48hrs , it’s has now been 2 weeks and we still had not received a refund and they will be expecting a lawsuit.
Booked online with Hotels.com. Total waste of time. Arrived with confirmation number and rang bell at front window. After waiting I called the phone number on the door. Employee answers, I inform them of my reservation and confirmation number. Employee meets me at front window and says “We don’t have no rooms”. I replied that’s fine i have a reservation. Employee responded “I said we don’t have no rooms”. Waste of time and a little money dealing with OYO HOTEL COLUMBIA!! Had to go to another hotel and book a second room for the night, use different hotel
I didn't even stay here the disarray in the outside scared me away. What a S@#$- Hole! Seriously if you don't want to be robbed and or murdered don't stay here. Front desk was locked up I couln't even check in or talk to anybody.
Don’t go there no key to your room and management is unprofessional.
