A big shout out and kudos to the front desk lady. Who both checked us in and checked us out. Very nice and friendly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was that some other guests decided to use the handicap spaces as a loading zone to load their vehicle.. and they were not handicapped although my Significant other is and could have used the spot.
Very clean. Staff was very courteous, went above and beyond. Will definitely go back.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient to family we were visiting in Columbia. The staff was friendly & helpful.
Staff is friendly. Clean, organized, great stay for the price. Room is a bit small but no big deal thats the king single room. Has microwave, coffee maker & fridge. Quite and comfortable bed!! Workout gym too! Only allowin 2 ppl at a time in there at once due to covid restrictions also doing breakfast
Ice stayed at this Pepsi of and on for years, & even though it's never been the most spacious Hampton or the most up to date hotel in the area, what they have done with their front desk staff has always bright me back. They take the time to make sure each guest has what they need, smile warmly when they get you, & don't ever seen to move stopping to chat for a minute when you want to say hello.nnIt's what they remember about your preferences when you return & the way they take care to put extra pillows on your bed even though you forget to ask when you make the reservation or the late checkout they go ahead and schedule, knowing you'll be leaving 15-30 minutes after 11...those are the things that keep me going back. Because that's what hospitality is in my book...
