AWESOME STAFF, short drive to restaurants and fun attractions- the kids had a blast at Riverbanks! Hands down the cleanest and nicest place in the city for a reasonable price too. Super pleased with this place :)
Clean and pretty good from a person who lives on the road but it was no Marriott. They woke us up to get out at 930am and the door didn't close properly and the staff acted like they all wanted to kill themselves. Im guessing we may have gotten the best room by the way they tried kicking us out to clean it again for the next night.
Very nice place,rooms where clean.It was perfect for us we had our lab dog with us,very pet friendly,I would stay again if coming back this way.
The staff is great, very helpful. The hotel is showing its age and needs upgrades soon. Cleaning of the rooms needs to be better as the bathroom tub had not been cleaned properly.
Where do i begin...i rented one of the banquet rooms for my 40th Great Gatsby celebration on 12/27 and it was amazing....Kelly was awesome staying on me and my event planner Tee's Escapes made my peacock sensation come to life...WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
