I didn't like the discrimination from the owner. He put me out because he said I had a whole lot of homeless people in my room. But that's the type of person that I am I like to help the hungry and it has been cold at nite and he put me out. I paid my rent and I didn't appreciate him doing me like that and when he see me he tell me to leave the property or he is going to call the police on me

The bathroom was nasty i walked in and saw this, they wouldnt let me get a refund or change rooms. So i left. And i paid $66.00 for a room i didnt even get to use cause how nasty it was. Dont recommend this to anyone or anything.

First of all this place is no longer called the country inn and hearth. The pet area was small and had some debris. The remote for the TV wouldn't work and when I went in and asked how to use it or how it could be fixed the girl did not know so it was stuck on the same channel all night. The bed was under par the cleanliness could have been way better. The ghetto area of getting asked about drugs by a few of the people staying there. The room itself was okay I think it could definitely use some updating. I get that some people need affordable hotels which is why we stayed there but it could have been way better even for the price we paid. If you're just looking for a place to stay and a $10 pet fee then I guess this is the place for you.

It was terrible I would not recommend for anyone. They wouldn't even give me a refund and we didnt stay for 30 minutes! They put us in 4 different rooms, the first had hair on the shower walls, bathroom floor, in the sink, there was trash in the trash can, so I went to the front desk, and the lady took me to look for another room, and the 1st she opened she said she wouldn't put anyone in that one, and the second had dirty laundry in the tub. So she told me the room upstairs was better, but they wouldn't be clean for an hr, so I told her that was fine I'd wait for a clean room, so we went to the mall and Zoo. When we returned our key would not work, and when we got it to work I went into the room and there again was dirty laundry, and hair in the shower, so I turned on the tub to rinse them out, and the tub wouldn't even drain! We couldn't even shower! I was done at this point, went up to front desk, where a little kid was working, and tells me she cannot refund me, for a room I refused to stay at because of it being unclean/safe for my 3 year old! Really pathetic hotel!!
