Given options, this would not be my first choice. Brittany at the front desk is amazing, but she's a rare find that clearly lives what she does. Beyond that, the rooms are nice enough, but not much else to speak of to recommend it. If you're passing through, find somewhere that isn't exclusively valet parking. They just don't have the area for it and if you don't valet park, you unload in the street or the back parking lot and walk.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For starters, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Only a sign saying I stepped out and will return shortly. Any time at a hotel when you expect to check in and there’s no employee to be found (I specified an arrival time when I booked online), that feels inconvenient... but especially when it’s a quarter to eleven and we had a very long day of driving. Secondly, hotel advertises as “pet friendly” and I have dogs. They allow dogs, for at least $75, but they don’t accommodate at all. I asked to be on the first floor and the receptionist said “no rooms were available on the first floor but that’s fine.” Not really a great response to a customer. It didn’t exactly feel fine to me, but I am glad she was fine with it. There is only valet parking, unless you’re able to find a place on the street. The receptionist had no idea where close, free parking was. Last, the couch in the room (not something I would ordinarily complain about, but hey - I am here), is terrible. The cushions slide everywhere. You can’t even “plop” down on the couch without the cushions flying off. I am rating it “ok” because I hope their breakfast tomorrow blows this hungry traveler and her family out of the water.

This was my second time here in a week and a half. Both times were due to family illness. Second time unfortunately was the funeral.nHyatt is a Super place to stay! It's very clean and the staff is very friendly! They were very accommodating to me and I really appreciate it! I will definitely be stay with them again!

Fantastic hotel! I booked last minute as I decided to stay over night after a quick visit to Greenville while passing through SC and the room far exceeded my expectations! Very modern, clean, spacious rooms. The only slight downside is they don’t advertise that overnight parking is valet only and costs $20. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend!

Hotel is great for what you pay for. No complaints at all. Great location for a great price and everything in the hotel is functional and clean. Also, Edgar was AMAZING and very helpful! He even compromised and made us nice drinks with the limited bar. Thank you :)
