I checked in with ease the night clerk was very pleasant! The hotel is in a great location. I love the interior decor! The room was nice spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quite at night. The bathroom was clean and a nice size, the water was nice and HOT! A light Breakfast was served in bags due to COVID. Overall this was a really nice hotel i would reccommend this hotel to anyone!nnThe only problem I had was trying to add another night before I checked in. I used booking and I asked if I needed to add another night before checking in. I was told one thing and when I got down stairs the next morning to add a night I was told i had to take all of my stuff out of the room just to wait until 3 to check back into the same room. I asked if something could be done because of mis communication and I was told no. Again I had to bring all of my stuff out check out and check back in. That was so crazy to me, i asked again for clarification that i needed to pack up my room and check out and wait. Was again told yes, asked if a manager could be called was no manager would be in at 7. Came back after 7 only to have the manager add the night without me having to pack my room up. The front desk clerk was so rude and so bent on proving me wrong. She didn't have a care in the world on trying to be accommodating at all.

This location was listed as a two star hotel, which surprised me upon arrival. The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants, the lobby and room was beyond expectations based on the 2 star rating although reviews were very good, and breakfast was quite substantial under COVID19 restrictions (we were provided with a fruit jello, fruit and nut granola bar, Activia yogurt and an Otis Spunkmeyer muffin). Coffee, tea, juice are all available 24 hours. The staff we encountered were all friendly, helpful and accommodating - every need we had was quickly met. This hotel is well deserving of 3 or 4 star recognition!
