I chose Hampton because they are typically nice. This location was okay. The room was okay. The bathroom was okay. The towels smelled weird like either burnt from drying or like coffee beans. The check in process was super easy and convenient, I just used my Hilton app. I liked contactless everything. The lobby was clean.
Hilton properties most always never disappoint. There are less expensive choices, but I know what I'm getting with the Hilton brand and reputation... for that, I'm willing to pay more for courtesy, respect, cleanliness, professionalism, safety and convenience! Hilton always provides great customer service. They listen to your needs and make every effort to provide suggested room. The hotel meet safety standards. We enjoyed a safe hot breakfast. I will book again.
Found everything to be up to standards. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was ready and in order. Breakfast was good and filling. Not as many pre-covid choices but still satisfying. Did not see any problems during my stay, just the way I like it.
Good price. Super clean! Friendly staff.
