I called to check with their animal policy but the young lady told me they don’t allow pets which is fine. But I have a service animal from an injury I received serving my country. My “dog” is not considered a pet. He is trained to help me get through certain situations. She proceeded to tell me that he falls in the pet policy across the board. I can take him with me everywhere but clearly not here. I also work in a restaurant and know that I can not turn away a service animal. It’s crazy she even continued to call him a “pet”. I will definitely never stay at this location ever again!
Clean, comfortable bed, good grab and go breakfast. Easy access to many shopping areas. Good priced.
Very clean rooms with very comfortable bedding. There was extra detail in sanitizing. They actually gave options for breakfast which seems to be foreign for most hotels during this pandemic.
1. Indoor pool closed. 2. Reception no mask. 3. Tub full of water. 4. Rack fell of wall. 5. Fire alarm rang 2 hours during middle of night. 6. Greenville sent 5 fire trucks out of which we saw 2 firefighters. Boo Holiday Inn. Boo Greenville.
Nice place to stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Would highly recommend it. Restaurants close by.
