It might of just been my room. But it was not sound proof at all. I could hear everything my neighbors up stairs and next door were doing. From talking to flushing the toilet and taking a shower. The beds were very comfortable though
I was very disappointed with this facility. The lobby and hallways of facility appeared clean; however, our room was not. The bedspread even had a stain on the comforter. During our two night stay, the room was not cleaned by housekeeping and no fresh towels brought. I had to call to get coffee pods for the room. I do have to say its location to downtown Greenville is great but I would not stay here again which is unfortunate because I have favored Holiday Inn in the past.
I expected more cleanliness, given that we’re in the middle of a pandemic. There was hair on the toilet seat, sludge on the bathroom floor, and dust on the bathroom shelves. Obviously things weren’t cleaned thoroughly. The pool was open, but was green and cloudy. Pool furniture was out, with no way to disinfectant between guests. Water marks on the room ceiling and walls.nnBreakfast was a takeaway buffet (again, not sanitary and with no way to clean between guests).nnThe location is great, however. Totally walkable to everything downtown.
Nice place to stay, comfortable beds, clean room and friendly staff. Easy walk to downtown area.
This hotel is AWESOME!!!Room is clean,bed and pillows are wonderful, downtown Greenville is PEACEFUL, they have herbal bath products,and the vending machine has BEER! The general manager IS THE BEST! Greenville is a great place for a relaxing break!! Love it!!!!
