I absolutely loved listening to rap music for two days in a row. Yes, that is sarcasm. I have stayed in this hotel a few times now. I've never had a problem. Great location great room but last night was absolutely horrible I know it's my own fault for not going down to the desk or calling the desk to let them know about the issue. But I will definitely have to rethink staying here again.
Jason was wonderful and courteous during our check in! The only issue that occurred during our stay was a very stained pull out sofa in room 412. Otherwise the rest of the room was cleaned to our satisfaction.
Night manager was super helpful getting us booked with no reservation. Clean comfortable. rooms. All around
Mr. Jayson (front desk staff) was awesome, very helpful and professional... Provided us with a clean and comfortable room. Definitely I recommend staying here!!!
Front desk person was too tired to help me. If I could give 0 stars I would! Even though her friend was standing there chatting away with her. I sat in the lobby 20+ min waiting to be helped by the next person. Which that took over 30 min to find another room. The next room was clearly smoked in! He said he can’t smell right now, clearly he couldn’t which is why he can work there and not get sick.I have to stay here due to business and if I could stay anywhere else I would. Don’t stay here especially if you have a mold allergy! Otherwise you will pay to be sick. Every single room has something wrong with it! Refrigerators will freeze your food. The room I did end up with didn’t have any toiletries in it including soap! Huge COVID no no! Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! The hotel staff used to be friendly and accommodating but they are gone now and the staff they have now is worthless!
