We got locked out of our room. Somehow when we left it locked from the inside . They moved us to another room so they could get that fixed. The room we were moved had a window that was completely cracked ‘ However all our stuff was still in the locked room so we had to drive around all day as we did Not have our things. Some of those items were food to make for lunch. Instead we had to spend unplanned money and go out to eat. Then not to mention the breakfast offered was a joke! Only breakfast sandwich , yogurt , fruit. Because I have to be gluten free I could only have a yogurt and fruit. I’ve been to other holiday inn express during covid and they still offer a full breakfast just have one person putt it it on your plate. No compensation was offered either .
2 25 2021. Had a fabulous 3 day stay at the recently remodeled hotel. Room was clean, large and modern.nThere were usb ports everywhere, two beds and a sleeper sofa. Plenty of storage, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and iron. Plenty of parking , convenient to everything. And a indoor pool.nFamily friendly, pets allowed oh and free breakfast, sausage eggs and cheese biscuits , muffins and pancake maker.nI stayed during the week, maybe weekends are worse, but my family was overjoyed at the hotel, and it got a great price. Highly recommend *****
Every time I come to Greenville to work, this is my hotel of choice.nnThey are reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This has to be the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at thus far. Clean, newly updated room with friendly service. One morning I woke up and called front desk to inquire about the breakfast time. I was 8mins late,, so I thought, oh darn.nWell moments later, front desk called me back and asked if they could cater a few left over items to me!!! This isn't protocol but just goes to show how hospitable they are here. Highly recommended....
Poorly furnished and water damaged. Our door did not properly open and we kept on having to go downstairs to get new keys. Service was very good and were considerate to us checking out early. If not for the poor interiors, this would he 5 stars.
