My stay was great. Check-In was easy breezy... I love that there was signage and cleaning stations all over the hotel. Once I got to my room there was a safety sticker on the door assuring customers that Hilton is taking safety seriously. Even the tv remote was wrapped with safety protocol. The room was clean...
I stay in Hilton hotels every week and this hotel is in the top 3 I have ever stayed at (it beats the NYC Waldorf Astoria for service in my opinion. It's that good). The staff at reception and the bar are truly exceptional. Maybe it's a South Carolina thing, but I felt that they genuinely were delighted to have me as a guest. The hotel is immaculately clean. I should also mention that the $20 rib-eye steak I got at the bar was just as good as a $50 steak at a steakhouse. Plenty of parking and they are one of the few that has a VIP floor for Diamond members (closed due to covid currently). This will be my hotel for any future visits to Greenville.
Location, clean and breskfast
Hotel is clean, staff very professional and polite. I would like to thank Cory who was working the front desk and came to the bar area to wait on us when he saw we were seated and not served, he took our dinner order and brought us drinks. The bar staff were extremely busy with a large party and Cory jumped in and assisted other customers. Well done, Cory understands customer satisfaction. The hotel needs to give him a raise! Will stay again next time I in in Greenville.
I visited this location for an event called Trap Canvas. I had a wonderful time and the staff there was really nice. The hotel seems to offer everything you need. Very nice place.
