The room was clean, although a bit small, with only 1 chair for sitting. The bathroom was spotless. There is a bidet on the toilet which is a nice feature, but it is an add-on so you kind of feel like you're sitting on a downhill ramp. The shower is very nice; roomy and easy to get in and out since there's no bathtub. Check in, check out and room key via the HHonors app was great and a time saver. Staff was friendly. Plenty of free parking.

Great hotel! Rooms clean, bed was comfortable. We did request extra pillows. Rooms are updated with new Toto toilets and smart mirrors! Nice breakfast too.

The attention to detail in this hotel is to be experienced. Imagine this...stranded in a snow storm in Travelers Rest, SC. ud83eudd23 It’s true. Traveling home from GA last weekend, my daughter and I were faced with the unknown of the mountain between us and home. It was snowing too hard to see well and quickly was covering the road. We opted for safety and pulled in to this Hampton Inn. Not happy to stop, but grateful for safe shelter.nnThe staff was friendly and gave us a special weather rate. My daughter quickly discovered the bathroom was quite special. With a mirror that has a Bluetooth speaker, full lighting control and a clock and the FANCIEST toilet ever! (Auto lid lift, light, heated seat, biday with remote control-never have I ever!) See pics for more special details about the room.nnThe only negative I have to report is that the television relies on dish support and therefore is weather sensitive. We were grateful to have a computer and Bose speaker to watch a movie before bed. I’m sure heavy rainfall also causes issues.

This Hotel probably has the best toilet in the world! My friend and I were weary from out trip when we arrived, from our long journey. So, imagine our delight when we opened the bathroom door, and the toilet the lid immediately rose, indicating alert and `ready to receive!`. Said toilet , which we lovingly nicknamed `Bobby`, came with a heated seat. too! My room mate learnt to master Bobby, who came with a remote control which included a comprehensive list of sanitary options.nThe staff were great.The Hotel was clean and affordable. And we are going to miss Bobby.
