The front desk staff were nice in general. However, the two bedrooms we stayed were full of issues. The room was definitely not clean. We found a small dead cockroach in the kitchen area. The carpet at the doorstep were ripped though we could see they tried to fix it but in a poorer condition. The bathroom hand towel hanger was broken and unfixed. No shampoo nor conditioner provided. The cook pan handle fell apart as we were using it. There were definitely druggies staying in the building. Two individuals were handcuffed by officers due to drugs related matters. Overall, this place doesn’t feel safe. I would not recommend anyone to stay unless you absolutely have no choice. You pay what you get! In this case, the daily rate for a two bedrooms was a steal but I realize there was a catch.
My wife had a room and it was clean. No bugs or anything. I give it 5 stars all the way
The location is decent and the people are nice but not refunding your money on a nightly stay if you checkout a few days early is theft. I can understand if I was paying a weekly rate but not on a nightly. I’ve never seen this practice before at any hotel. I am shocked Choice Hotels condones that practice. The owners must exude greed.
This is my home atm. Ppl are nice with exception of one person
Room was very nice and clean. Front desk lady was very nice too. Great place!!
