From out of state, employees seemed rude and not friendly. Not a place that had any southern hospitality or kindness.

The employees at the auditors office are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt like they went out of their way to make sure that I had all of the information, and that all of my questions were answered. Nobody likes paying taxes, but it’s a slightly easier burden to bear when the people you have to deal with are friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience! The line went fast and the service was friendly.

Quick and easy

Went physically to their office to make sure they have my mailing addres for the property. Still they didn't change it and sent taxes bill to the property where no one lives. And since I didn't receive it from them and didn't remember to look it up timely, now I have to pay extra hundreds of dollars for THEIR MISTAKE in fees! AMD this is not the 1st time it happened. They just refuse to remove penalties caused by their dumbo worker's mistake who didn't do her job ON TIME!
