We were extremely tired when we ran across this “name brand” hotel due to our room at Days Inn in Joplin, MO being cancelled without our knowledge and there not being anything else between here and there. It was 5:30 a.m. and the gentleman at the front desk was happy to help us with a room. First of all the door coming into the back of the building does not latch, then the door to our 1st floor room would not deadbolt due to being out of line next, one of the windows was not locked and would not lock properly due to the frame being damaged. The bedding did smell nice and clean if it weren’t for the lint and hair all over it I would be happy with that. Overall, we would never stay here again.

We request a king and was given a double queen that smelled like stale Marijuana. No kings available so we stettled for a cleaner double queen. Small small TV. AC didn't work for longer than 10 seconds. No tissue or pen and paper in room. Asked for paper and pen and was given one sheet of printer paper. Took ten minutes to warm the water for my morning shower. Bagged breakfast with a banana, water, mini candy bar, and Granola bar. No juice, no coffee, no Danish or muffin.

Honestly, after 2 horrifying experiences in Tulsa, The Comfort Inn & Suites on N Garnett rd have been my savior! Cathy at the front desk has been so helpful, calm and empathetic to every guest she helps. The rooms are clean and inviting! It's a couple miles from anything, if you do not have a car, like me. a Lyft ride is very affordable, plus it's close to the Airport. Thank you for your time!

We traveled with 2 kids and were hopeful it was going to be a decent experience. The rooms were dirty, there was no hot water, and clearly not disinfected in the middle of a pandemic. We complained about cleanliness and the staff was good and placed us into another room. The 2nd room had pills on the floor along with pieces of food. We packed up and left immediately and found another hotel for the night. Will never stay here again.nnResponse to country inn owner: reservation was under a different name...definitely not a different hotel. We have pictures of the rooms condition as well as names of the employee that helped us. Corporate will be called this morning.
