Clean, well lit, awesome pillow top posturepedic mattresses to sleep on, handicap accessible rooms and plenty of handicap parking spots. Close to Interstate, Hard Rock Casino, and Route 66 attractions. Lots of Restaurants, fast food establishments and shopping nearby. Manager is very helpful and works hard to make your stay a positive experience. Snack machines and ATM in lobby, coin operated laundry. And most importantly to me...Pet friendly!! Rosco gives it 5 Woofs!!
Nice stay, clean, nice people!
Worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life !! I asked for change for a 20 so I could get something for my toddler to eat and she refused. So I went to quick trip and just got something there on the way in the hotel lobby the rug was folded and I almost tripped. Then when I asked for a refund she literally started cussing at me and following me down the hallway in front of my 3 year old son !! Will not be back and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with kids !! Wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 star.. but I had to , to make this review !!!!
Reserved specific room in advance room was rented out regardless of our reservation. Moved us upstairs to a different room. Now we are 12 hours into a room that we can't even get the door open because apparently 12 hours isn't enough time to replace the battery has missing fixtures holes in the walls with exposed wires and we can't use the stove due to it not having any knobs on it. Bottom line the price looks good but don't stay here.
Bed stand had issues needing repaired. TV issues. Refrigerator didn't work properly. No ice, machine not working. Linens not fresh n rough to texture. Advertised room rate but not accurate.
