If I could give them 1000 stars I would. The rooms were very nice very comfortable. The customer service is top notch they really went above and beyond for us. I just recently had shoulder surgery and they did everything they could to accommodate. Truly kind caring and compassinate beyond my wildest expectations. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to town. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your guests.
NOT CLEAN - STAY AWAYnThe room Reeks a smell of mold and mildew. When I pulled back the covers on the bed I was shocked to find hair on the pillows and sheets. As well some other particles in the bed.. We checked out and was told that since the general manager was not in we could not get a refund today. The front desk receptionist Christie said that she would talk with her manager Kayla who would decide on Monday if she would refund us. With Covid 19 I would expect them to do their part in keeping the rooms clean and sterile. We are very disappointed.
Very nice place Evening Staff very helpful bed are so comfy I'll be staying again definitely!
I stayed here back in January when I had my baby shower and the staff was insanely friendly and the room was beautiful. Their breakfast room was great and their service was nothing but wonderful versus its counterpart in east Tulsa
Would have given 5 stars, but pool was closed due to dang Covid and breakfast stopped real early.
