Very nice and clean. Loved the decor. There is even gold flakes in the paint on the bathroom sink!! The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that when the shower got hot, it stayed hot!
Shannan, the man working the overnight front desk was truly sooooooo incredibly kind to us. He eased my anxiety when we couldn't find a room in other hotels. This should not be a 3 star hotel, 4 stars at least. My husband and I moved to Dallas during the winter storm and couldn't find any hotels that weren't completely booked in Tulsa. They had room for us and the prices wad reasonable, the bed completely comfortable, and the design/decor extremely modern. Highly recommend staying here!
Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was huge and well appointed. The staff, however, left much to be desired. Not only did they give us the wrong room to begin with, but the manager unlocked the door (no knock) and walked in on my wife mid-undress, checking to see if the room was occupied.ud83eudd28nWe realize you were busy, but dude, get the check in system fixed.
We absolutely love this hotel! It is very clean and they are following all of covid guidelines to make it as safe as possible for guest. The staff is amazing very friendly, helpful, and nice! I love the modern feel of this hotel as well.
VERY CLEANnThe staff was very friendly and accommodating. We left Country Inn & Suites due to it being dirty. GLo Best Western was clean clean inside and out. Everyone had on a mask. We asked to view the room before paying and there was no hesitation. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place. A good bang for your buck.
