It was nice. I arrived about 6pm and had trouble getting a downstairs room because they were so packed with dog show people. But the man and woman at the counter was very helpful and professional about it. Gave me a good rate and a good laugh. Their great attitudes went a long way with me.

The guy at the front counter was very professional and nice. Any questions I had, he helped with and smiled the whole time. It didn’t hurt that he was also extremely attractive. ud83dude09 thanks, Mike! You deserve a raise.

1: Breakfast is watered down coffee, might have cream and sugar (they have what I put in a Dixie cup and gave them last week out at the moment...)n2: rooms only ventilation, windows, are bolted shut.n3: laundry, washer costs then the dryer costs even more. And they didn't have change.n4: rooms have no; coffee, blow dryer, iron, shampoo/conditioner.nAnd they start rushing you out around 10, it's really unfortunate because the staff is amazing. That's why I stayed 7 days, but if you can't get coffee right and I can't open my window to scream about it I'm out.

This was supposed to be a nice birthday, driving from California to Oklahoma...nnHowever when we checked in, the woman at the front desk was neither nice or rude. She wasn't anything. She never told me you have to actually ask for a blanket... Even though it's dead winter.nnNext, after asking for the wifi code, none of my devices would connect.nnFinally, we got bit up by bed bugs. Although the night staff man told us they had bed bugs, the morning staff said there wasn't. No refunds, no apologies. They'll take your money but not give you what you pay for.

Bed bugs- woke up just now to bites all over that burn. Let's see how they respond. This is NOT a good stay.nnUpdate. Went to the front desk, only to be told we were lying. Want asked ANYTHING, like how was your stay? BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS. They'll take your money and injure your body and mental well being. No sleep at all, thanks to these crooks. You've been warned.
