Great place to get last minute needs for easter. Easy to pick up meds through the drive thru. And the lady who rang me up and check me out was so nice and help me redo my Walgreens reward card even though it took forever and it was kind of hard for her to hear me through my mask and I really appreciate her patience and helping me

Two stars only because the employees have always been really nice. However, this location closed their pharmacy because they had a covid case with one of their employees, they closed without calling anyone or letting them know, or even putting a notice when you call. I've been waiting on my prescriptions for a week now wondering why they hadn't been sent out. At least let customers know what's going on with their medications.

They have a high turnover even with management. Pharmacy also has a high turnover. So it takes forever to get your medication and checked out at the register

This would be a zero star review on this particular Walgreens pharmacy if the star rating system would let me. The lady at the pharmacy told me that they would call or text when my meds were ready. It isn't that long of a drive, so I go home expecting to receive a call or text about my pain medication for my wisdom teeth. I go home and after around an hour I call just to check in and the automated response system told me that the meds weren't ready. I continue to wait eagerly looking at my phone because at this point it had been a few hours after my surgery and the pain was setting in after the anesthesia wore off. I call again and the automated response system messes up my d.o.b. like usual and it redirects me to a representative. The representative tells me that the meds are ready and have been ready for over an hour and then she proceeded to tell me that she was about to go to her lunch break and I should come after that. My teeth hurting pretty bad at this point, I rush over there and barely make it in time before lunch break. There was 3 minutes left before the time she told me and when I arrived she told me that she was not helping anyone else because she was going to lunch. I understand wanting to eat, but there was plenty of time for that. It may sound like I'm being petty, but I'm in pain and the fact that I could've had my meds sooner with relative ease really made me want to share my experience with whoever would've used this pharmacy. I know after this, I won't be using them again

I had to switch to Walgreens some years ago because my old pharmacy didn't carry the medication I needed for long term. I've never had a problem that was on their end and even with a million people with the same name and similar meds as me they don't mess it up and the regular pharmacist there are always friendly and do what they can to help. I wish I could do more than just write a good review!
