Wallgrees Pharmacy is a nightmare! Always saying we didn't get the refill.
I dont know if this place always have new pharmacy employees but this is the worst pharmacy. I always have a issue here and is always busy i even came early in one day came thru drive thru i didnt see customers at the counter and their employee Jensie? Put me on hold then some one drove up and she totally ignored us and assisted them first. I rang the bell and said we where here first and she ignored us still. i was upset cause we already where waiting i even turned car off cause of how long it was.
They have employees (usually a young man) with the worse attitude and very unhelpful.
I can't stand the pharmacy staff their not always that friendly when I go there in person. And I just got off the ph with them to ask them a question and the lady acted like a B!+$% I might just start going to a different one. This is why just in general I don't even like going to store or restaurants or anything rude customer service I'll switch stores but if I still have to deal with same crap just in general I'll stop going to Walgreen's all together!
