Parking is horrible.. the HOA just started getting cars towed by Legacy Towing out of nowhere even though I've been parking in the same spot and living here for almost a year and never had a problem until now, that tow company charges $250+ to get your own car and they are doing it illegally because there is absolutely no sign anywhere that cars get towed if they park on this specific area. Such an inconvenience.
It polished up pretty but everything is faulty- the lighting, the plumbing, the appliances, the carpeting, you name it. You can step nearly anywhere there's carpet tacks and get one in your foot. The oven range and oven proper don't heat evenly or consistently, and take forever to heat up. The shower backs up regularly, and you can hear the plastic cracking stepping into it. The toilets are *tiny*. The location is OK and it's better than a run down apartment. It is pet friendly. This might be a two star review here soon though
