Terrific staff. Exceptional job, arranged by concierge, by local garage (for no charge!).Tennis pro is exceptional especially with young kids. The people make the hotel a great experience for the whole family.
Nice and helpful staff. Light brown bag breakfast available for pickup from front desk. Rooms were clean.
No problems here. Morning staff are nice, especially the Asian lady handing out biscuit sandwiches for breakfast. One of the best to-go breakfast I’ve seen during the whole ‘rona where hotels are skimping out. It’s actually qualified to be called a breakfast. Room and rest were good, no complaints there.
The hospitality of your graveyard shift front desk clerk Jennifer was absolutely amazing I would strongly recommend you hire all future staff to mirror her shes absolutely wonderful and took care of everything thing and every question I had wonderful customer service skills definitely will bring me back for future stays
I travel frequently for work and I have to say my check in experience with Jennifer was 5 stars! I had some special requests due to work constraints and she was beyond accommodating. I was truly impressed with how professionally she handled the situation with a smile and a friendly laugh!
The hotel itself is clean and conveniently located to dt and the surrounding area. The area is safe and there are several chain restaurants next door, one with a good beer selection. The room is nice and the wi-fi signal is strong! This place has all the things, 10 out of 10 will be back here on my next trip to SLC!
