Customer service?????? If I could put minus stars I wouldnMy friend asked a pharmacy tech if they had a certain vitamin. The clerk said, “if we do they are over there”. There’re were no customers in the pharmacy area at that time except us. She did not offer any assistance Needless to say......NO purchase was made..... your lose.

Pharmacist blocked me from filling my medication about 8 years ago. It was not a controlled substance. It was not a narcotic. The woman at the time working here decided she was a “doctor “ and should decide what was best for me. She refused to fill my epileptic and depression medication. I still cannot fill those medications there 8 years later but they have no problem filling anything else I have. Which is basically the same exact medications just different RX. Bc of that ONE pharmacist at the time that’s not even there anymore nor did they even last a year there I can’t fill my main meds I’ve been on for 15 years but can fill all the others???!??? It makes no sense at all. She made a mistake and never fixed it and they all just go by the chart that is messed up. I since then graduated and work in medical. Honestly they must hire some of the most uneducated and inadequate pharmacist around. They are overpriced as everyone knows and dealing with their staff with medical or insurance is a waste of time and most definitely money. Our companies dropped them. We won’t work with them any longer. I highly advise those seeking a good experienced pharmacist to go to Walgreens. They have been around for a very long time. They always work with your prices and don’t give you the run around, they are quick and easy. I won’t use anyone else neither will the staff I work with.
