Rudest pharmacy tech on the planet. Seriously I cannot believe someone actually hired this woman. If I caught my employees treating customers like she does I’d would fire them on the spot.

I would personally give you guys 0 stars. Due to the fact of horrible customer service, and the fact that I asked the lady to open the perfume case, but she said she had to check out a customer, which is fine.. but I was standing there a good 5-8 minutes.. this women was talking to her co-worker. And I decided to walk out, because that is the most disrespectful thing to do to a CUSTOMER is to let that customer wait, while you talking. I could’ve went up to you and cuss you out immediately. But I’m naturally a more mature person, when to the other Walgreens right up the street. Never coming back here...

There are 2 stores in Sapulpa. Every time I go to the other one it's fine. I go to this one and there are issues EVERY TIME. The tech with brown hair is rude and constantly has an attitude and they always claim there's something missing from my prescription that the other location fills without issue every month. Sadly, this prescription can't be just transferred bc of the type of medication and my dr sent it to this one by mistake so I'm stuck but this time has made me decide to switch to a different pharmacy altogether. I will not use Walgreens again.

Called for a specific drug which they didn’t have. Asked if she could check with any of their pharmacies for availability. After a sigh she replied “well I guess I could pull up our system but that will take a while”. Told her thanks for her help. I already had the same experience with their other drugstore in SAPULPA.

Friendly and professional staff. They took good care of me and went out of their way to get my prescription filled quickly. I felt like I was in a quaint, neighborhood drugstore instead of a national drugstore chain.
