I cannot say enough about the excellence in customer service. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were great. My expectations were greatly exceeded by the quality at such a low price.
Television and restroom outdated but room was comfortable and they took impeccable efforts to go above COVID-19 compliance for cleanliness. It was comfortable and quiet. Definitely worth the money. And the customer service was excellent!
A pleasant surprise, very clean rooms. Nice comfortable beds. Mel is awesome!
The office girl was super nice and the room was very quite and super clean I felt right at home here, definitely would stay here again soon maybe this weekend so I can get out of the city rush looking forward to seeing you soon thanks Justin Davis
Everytime I am in the area I stay here. It is a great place ... a home away from home ud83dude03 The manger, Mel, is precious. She is a customer service expert. The rooms are always pristine. Beds are very comfortable. A safe and friendly place to stay in Norman.
