I love the pharmacists, Mike and Brittany....always a great experience.

We’re the only ones here, we’ve been here for 45 min. And still have yet to be seen.

I wish the reviews about this pharmacy had been my experience. I’m jealous! I’m guessing it’s one of those places where you get amazing on the surface treatment, but if there’s ever a problem or issue it’s a totally different case. I’m disappointed as a new customer one of my scripts wasn’t handled correctly in the transition. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and assume everyone does their job without you staying on top of it. I ran out of meds and was blamed for the screw up. Instead of helping make it right and it being a priority to fix, three days later Im still waiting for a solution. When I complain and explain I’m getting sick without my meds. I’m told I can take my business back to my old pharmacy... (bc I made the comment that I never had any issues with my old pharmacy like this). Turns out Michael is only nice on the surface but when a true issue comes up the claws come out. Don’t be fooled, it is in difficult times when you see a businesses true colors. You find out whether they have integrity and customer service skills. I’m sad to report this pharmacy doesn’t meet my standards. ud83dude29ud83dudc8a Michael thank you for the good first impression, but you lost me when you backed your tech and how she handled this entire situation. You approached it with bias assumptions instead of with management eyes. Your main job is to be a mediator and fix problems, especially when they are the result of poor service. Those reading this... I hope my experience isn’t the norm, but I can say after reading all the positive reviews and switching pharmacies, I’d wished to have see an honest review like this one that could have made me second guess my choice and never get myself into this bind. Good luck... I’m one day away from being in the hospital from lack of my meds. Best pharmacy in Norman. Being a healthcare provider, I deal with many pharmacies. This pharmacy is highly professional. Michael, the pharmacist there, is very knowledgeable, helpful, and has genuine compassion for all the people he meets. I highly recommend this place.

Best pharmacy in town. Michael is excellent and professional. Always has what you need and prescriptions ready fast.
