I'm still feeling very upset. 4 phone calls each lasting well over 15 minutes of being on hold. I finally got a live person at the store counter who was able to connect me with a live pharmacist to check why my refill wasn't processed. Five years with this store and I have never had such lousy service before.nPlease fix your phone system. I've tried twice to refill my prescription using your automated system and when I checked my prescription status it said it has never received the request. This is after a previous status check said that my prescription was in process. I've never had a problem with the phone refills before.nUsually service here is great. Not sure what went wrong.

1st time on Nov3rd. Pharmacy only,and cashier at front.I needed a script filled, usually at different CVS.In a hurry, the pharmacist were all very nice,explained they don't take RX gold coupon card, they do take RX coupon on regular card. Just $3 more, so it was very cheap. And then my husband needed a flu shot, he had insurance, they gave shot,were gentle, and with his insurance, it was free! Very nice folk to out of area people. And the young lady at the front was so nice in helping us and explaining the CVS card, I bought the $5 per month coupon card. Thankyou Norman CVS, you were great!

Horrible. The customer service could not be any worse. They are horrendous. I'll pay cash for my scripts from a locally owned pharmacy before I darken the door of this place again. Can't listen. Won't listen. You can't let a technically trained person like a pharmacist manage a business. They are not managers. They are terrible at it, and it shouldn't be allowed. If you are forced to use CVS for your prescriptions, use a different one than the one on Main in Norman, OK. You've been warned.

The worst! We scheduled flu shot appts 4 days ago online, showed up to find out that they've been out of flu shots for some time. So, A) no one bothered to call us and let us know, B) their online inventory system isn't aware of their shortage and didn't let us know not to bother. Big waste of time and the store smelled awful.

Will always be grateful for CVS willingness and boldness to cease selling tobacco products. Giving up over a billion $ in revenue to do the right thing and remain true to their mission of health earns a lot of respect and should earn a lot of loyal customers.
