The Walgreens pharmacy on the corner of Kelly and covell in Edmond Oklahoma is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever experienced in my life. they are always backed up they are always extremely slow they are not customer service friendly and instead of closing down their pharmacy from 1:30 to 2:00 for their lunch how about you run a shift schedule so that you are always open to accommodate your customers. We waited in line for 10 minutes only to pull up to the intercom at 1:30 on the dot for her to tell us I'm sorry you'll have to come back at 2:00 instead of simply giving us our prescription terrible terrible customer service!

This is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. I stopped printing pictures there years ago because no one would ever help us at the photo desk. Unfortunately our health insurance requires us to use Walgreens for our prescriptions and this one is the closest to our house. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through, we gave up and went inside. After almost another 20 minutes, the line inside hasn’t even moved. I guess we will just have to transfer to the Walgreens in the next town. 40 minutes and we still don’t have our medication... I could drive to another town and back in that time. I don’t know what their problem is, but if you’re forced to use Walgreens like we are, I would definitely steer clear of this one.

Just went in to get pictures. Paid cash. Didn’t have exact change and was told they had no change. I said, that’s a problem because you owe me 29 cents. The cashier threw a quarter and a nickel on the counter. I left and I won’t be back. It is not the Public’s problem there is a “change shortage” and I feel for the Cashiers. But they need to get Coins!

The absolute WORST Walgreens ever. I wish I could give it no stars. They are extremely rude, never have prescriptions ready on time, and have no idea how to even look up if a prescription has been sent from a doctor to them. They also don’t tell you when they switch the manufacturer on your medication, so if it doesn’t work for you, you have to suffer the side effects. Do not go there, they are terrible, awful.
