Holiday Inn Express & Suites Goldsboro - Base Area

If you want comfort and a friendly atmosphere at a price you can afford, look no further in Goldsboro, NC. This place has a phenomenal team of customer service reps, managers and other staff members. I love always being greeted with a smile by every employee I come in contact with. The rooms, sitting areas and dining areas are always beautifully maintained. I work for Volkswagen/Concentrix and frequent this hotel weekly in my travels. I can definitively say that my experience here has always been great. Hats off to everyone here for all of their hard work and dedication.

Checked in Friday night, reservation was made Thursday night, asked about pool and was assured it was good to go. Took three kids down to the pool and it was closed, no notice at check in and front seat wen confronted said I sympathize but nothing they can do. Three kids driving 4 hours to see papa that had a stroke and no pool no notice thanks a lot I’m in the military and had to beg to get this weekend off. Never again, ignorant and disrespectful.

I travel for a living and have been a Holiday IHG member for the last 21 years. I have found this hotel and its staff from the night auditor, to the two nice ladies at the front desk to the housekeepers to the man who was cleaning the elevator and the floors that i had a chance to meet and talk to were just absolutely wonderful, courteous, would acknowledge you and just had a smile on their face. So refreshing to see from other Holiday Inn's i have stayed at.nThe young lady at the front desk was nice to set up a breakfast for me as i had to get up early the next day. The night front desk person even made me coffee in the morning, how nice was that! Keep smiling !

Extremely courteous staff, exceptionally clean rooms. The best hotel experience we've had in a long time! Great place to stay.

Ery nice and clean great staff we rented the Daltons sweet. We received a call shortly after arrival just see if everything was ok with the room and if we needed anything soo that made me go and rent a extra night.. Thank you Staff
