Best Western Plus Goldsboro

Even though the room wasn't ready for our check in time, the front desk people were very friendly & apologetic! The housekeeping crew got right on it and got it ready in a timely manner! Beds were comfy & room was clean. Will stay here again

We booked 3 rooms and had to be switched out of one of the rooms into another room because the toilet was rocking and their wasn’t any hot. In one of the other rooms, their were a pair of dirty pants left in the room. In the 3rd room, the water continuously was running in the tub and the sound was annoying but, I did not feel like moving out of the room. On the last day of our stay, I asked if we could have a 30 minute extension on our check out due to my son being in school virtually. I was told by the Director of Operations Judith that there was no way we could be accommodated. Please know they are not accommodating but, you will have to be accommodating because I promise your room will not be perfect.

VERY Clean!! Staff was wonderful! The coffee was astounding! We've found out place to stay when we come through Goldsboro.

Got a king suite for a weekend away from the kids it went well. Only took off one star for mildew smell maybe carpet or AC but it seemed clean (I bring my own bleach anyway) and it was nice

I come here twice a week this past month since my family caught the Covid. I'm a truck driver 5 days a week. I don't go home. Prices are decent. $124 a night with $250 deposit you get back 3-5 days after departing. Rooms are decent 1-2 beds. Average shower pressure not the best. Walmart, Sheetz, Applebee's right there so it's convenient.
