I was very disappointed in the rooms. Very noisy. Very lumpy feeling beds

Was wonderful experience. Tige was amazing.

For the price and location for my trip it was reasonable. For a hotel that allows smoking I expected a smell of smoke but not so heavily.( put in some type of automatic air freshener to at least try to help with the smell). Also the color of the room and furniture is heavily out dated. Yellow walls to mask the yellow smoke stains is horrible. Paint it a nice cool or warm color. Update the bedding and furniture. Also this hotel needs pest control at least once every 1 to 2 wks. Within entering my room I had to kill a roach and then a roach was in my food on the the bed after 3 mins of being unattended. Over all my stay was ok, staff was attentive when I needed them. The breakfast I never got a chance to get due to the hours of service. Would I stay again yes if there were changes made.

Me and my family came here because we had problems with our pipes and the man at the front desk harassed my mom twice. He told her she lied about us being her children and that we needed to leave. The rooms are also dirty and have mold growing. I wouldn't recommend.

Stayed here during a recent snow. The staff were really nice, and the actual hotel design is really nice. The rooms are okay, a little weird in a design. The sink was outside of the bathroom which was an experience.. The beds are alright. The room layout is okay as well. The heaters need some work though. The room heaters were quite interesting to work with. If it wasn't cold it was hot. At some point I just turned it way down to 50 and it was still quite a bit higher. The continental breakfast was alright, definitely not recommended but if there's no other alternative it's definitely better than nothing. Bottled water is quite expensive as well ($3.50 a bottle) which you can get for free if you sign up for their service. But overall it's your average hotel.
