This is my favorite hotel in the area. They are pet friendly, have a safe breakfast bar with plenty of options, and the sofa beds in the room have pull out couches. I wish I would have known in advance that you have to reserve the pool for your family (or for the people you are traveling with). When we arrived the only slot available for both days of our stay was 7am the next morning. So, reserve early!

Did not enforce mask wearing or wear one well themselves. Allowed large groups to gather maskless in lobby area. The pool is reservable for one family at a time which is good. And breakfast takeaway or quick grab is good. But this place needs to 100% do better in the lobby area. Dangerous.

My husbands job sent him up here to work at the nearby hospital. So our room was taken care if I had to pay out of pocket for this room I would have been disappointed.nThe cons - Room was not cleaned well (lip gloss laying in floor in bathroom, price tags to clothes in chair). We brought Lysol and wipes so we done our own cleaning before bringing in bags.n- The bathroom door slides shut and is hard to open/close.n- There is no daily room service because of Covid so you have to go to front desk for towels etc that you need.n- The walls are paper thin so you hear every knock, stomp and loud talking around you.n- We stayed on the second floor and all during the night you hear people going in and out the rooms in the halls talking loud etc. We was right at the elevator to so that could have been why we heard so much noise.n- Make sure your hotel door closes because ours did not unless you pushed it shut.nnFor the pros - They have a nice breakfast with healthy choices which they serve you.n- The pool area is nice and they let you reserve it a hour at a time for just the people in your room.n- The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are good size with a nice stand-up shower.n- Nice little kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave and a nice size refrigerator/freezer.n- Most of the staff is friendly.n- You have nearby stores such as Walmart and a 24 hr sheetz and some good restaurants around as well.nnSo with that being said I believe we will find a different place because he will be done here for 3 months.

This is great place to stay at in my opinion. The location is perfect right across the highway and close to stores. The room is certified sanitized but I went back and sanitized it myself (just because). The room looked nice and elegant and I appreciated the design. It's very modern. Stand up shower, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pull out couch, etc. I'd stay here again the next time I come here! BIG PLUS: the pool is open but you need to make a reservation. I love it here :)

Nice quaint spot in Goldsboro..... Really enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the spacious rooms and clean covid19 protocol.
