Absolutely unprofessional receptionist very disrespectful behavior. Mattress stains showers not operational but was still charged full price and no other accommodations where made. Management fail to follow up with a response or resolve issues. After reviewing my back statements I was over charged my reservation listed one price but was over charged. I will never ever referr or spend my hard earn money with this Goldsboro nc branch ever again. If I could list pictures and videos I would.

For the price of the room I expected better than some of the cheaper hotels we have stayed at. We found what looked like a large dried up raisin on the floor, one of the light bulbs in the kitchen area was out, garbage disposal in sink was making a loud noise when you turn it on like it was broke, you get 2 towels in the room for 4 people, the plug in for your chargers by the bed side would not hold the chargers, they were loose and the charger would fall out and the beds weren't as comfortable as others. Customer service was good over all and it looks nice when you walk into the entrance is the hotel. We have had better experiences at other cheaper hotels.

Overall, we had a fine experience here last weekend but none of the cleaning staff was wearing masks. They were going into guests' rooms to clean but none of them had a mask on. For this reason, I would not go back. Irresponsible, and something hotel management should be overseeing better.
