Great staff. Is nice to go to a pharma y that knows y ok u by name. They are quick to refill medications.

Normally when I visit Wilkes Family Pharmacy I am greeted with a smile and genuine care. This morning however, I had such a horrible experience at the drive thru. The lady who was working the window was very rude and not at all friendly! She acted as if she hated her job and as if it was a bother for her to have to help. I have never dealt with her before so I’m not sure if she was new. I did not get her name but she wore glasses and has short blondish hair, older lady. I hope in the future I do not have to deal with her and if so I will probably request someone else to help me. I hope it was just a rare occasion or maybe she was just having a bad day. I’ve never had an issue with anyone else at Wilkes Family Pharmacy and everyone else is so polite and caring.

Wilkes Family Pharmacy has always provided my family and I a wonderful place to purchase medical items when we are in need. The staff is great at suggesting product selections based on symptoms and cost efficiency. The location is also conveniently located near 421, which is vastly different from most pharmacies in this area.

The staff really makes the difference at this pharmacy. They truly treat you like a family member and watch out for your prescriptions, copay, and overall satisfaction with your visits to the pharmacy. Plus, the cash prices on medications can't be beat by any other local pharmacy.
