Arriving at the front desk and receiving a warm and friendly welcome is nice, hearing them call you by your last name all the time adds a sense of respect, the very attentive staff always smiling and you truly feel that it is worth paying whatever it is for a couple of nights there. very clean rooms with great space and calm atmosphere.

The staff was outstanding. Helpful, friendly. The room is clean. Bed comfortable.

Nice, but no restaurant or bar for weekend travel. Still a nice hotel And Location.

Very nice. Some rooms have the clean seals on the outside, mine did not. Still I felt comfortable and the room cooled off very well.

Lighting was out in the bathroom and the desk person asked me I could remove the globe to tell him what type bulb was used. I couldn't, so he came to the room and couldn't remove it, either. He said maintenance wasn't available. Then the vent didn't work in the restroom, so shower steam filled the air and couldn't see in the mirror. I have more but will politely, stop!
