DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Raleigh - Cary

This was the best stay I've had in North Carolina. The staff was incredible and the customer service alone will make me return. The room was also large and spacious I wish I would've taken a good picture! It is next to different places to shop, gas is nearby, and there are many restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

A very clean hotel and the rooms were outstanding. This is one Hilton hotel in Cary that you will not have an issue with unlike some other Hilton hotels. Comfy bed and pillows and it was very quiet. I could barely hear my neighbors. The only down side was, they don't have a fridge in the room.nnWonderful, WONDERFUL staff from first shift thru third. The location is great for shopping and plenty of restaurants less than a mile. Target is within walking distance. I definitely would RECOMMEND this hotel for sure.. Amazing service, great spacious rooms, clean hotel. My family and I stood here for a week from Texas, the staff was hospitable and accommodating to our needs. During my week stay, I saw the GM every morning interacting with the guests, also very present and worked alongside his staff. Would def recommend staying here for a relaxing, comfortable stay! What did it for me was my 9 year old wanted to go in the indoor pool (it was around 8pm), the water was a little cold for our liking, I called the front desk and the receptionist told me she’d check to see if there was a maintenance man working that night to turn up the heat but if I didn’t see him, that he’d maybe gone home for the night. No more than 5 mins later, the maintenance man sure did come by to turn the heat up in the pool area. It’s the little things. Thank you DoubleTree for a great week!

The rooms are magnificent, very clean & sanitized and just all-around pleasant!nnOne of the front desk representatives there - TK - is the nicest hotel representative my wife and I have ever met! He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

Nice place. Convenient location. Clean and easy stay. Service was nice. Remote for directtv didn't operate and digital key system was a little wonky otherwise 5 stars
