I stayed with Norton Property Services for the last 3 months and have nothing but good things to say! We were in a great location, and our furnished apartment was just what we needed. If I am in the Cary area again I will definitely be calling Garren, he was on top of his stuff and the couple times we needed maintenance, our problem was solved within a days time. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone in the area.

Garren was so easy to work with, and very responsive during our stay. The apartment was fully equipped to make our stay feel like home. We really appreciated the location and the amenities of the complex. It was the perfect place to stay for our time before moving into our house!

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Garren was fantastic - very easy to work with and he responded promptly and fully to all my questions and issues. This is a great option for short term housing needs in Cary area.

Garren owns + runs an incredible business. While relocating to the area, we needed a place to stay, but had a bunch of issues with airbnb (way too costly for the amount of time we needed housing for) and craigslist (super sketchy trying to figure out a sublease from the other side of the country, not to mention they're usually unfurnished unless that person is only gone from their pad for a few months). Garren took the uncertainty and stress out of our move, and we can't thank him enough for everything he's done. And what he's done is provide an exceptional service, a very convenient housing option for people relocating to the area, and outstanding professionalism with all of our communications (prompt, thorough, informative). Thank you again for everything!

We moved from Arizona to Cary, NC and stayed at one of the apartments in the Lofts at Westin. The service Garren at Norton Properties provided was exceptional. He communicated well and was always available if we needed anything.nnThe apartment was well kept, fully updated and we were very comfortable there. The complex has great amenities and the staff is very receptive.nOver all a fabulous experience. Thank you Garren for making our transition to NC stress free!
