Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena

I spent two nights at this hotel and was very satisfied with my stay. It's in a convenient location and is well maintained. The rooms are HUGE and very comfortable.

Great hotel. Room was big and clean. Staff was amazing. Glad to see everyone wearing mask. Had no issues whats so ever.

Clean room, good size, comfy bed. Was only there for the night but would definitely stay there again

Management's attitude is rude. They overcharged for the room and the manager made sure I knew he thought I was petty for asking for the discount I was promised because I have AAA. Money is money.nnI called ahead to make sure they followed covid safety guidelines. I am high risk so is my 84 year old father that I go back home to. They assured me they did. They do not.nnMasks were not worn by any of the guests I saw. They had huge groups of people for the State football game and another huge group of kids from a soccer team staying here without masks. No one wore a mask in the lobby, in the elevator. A simple rule to follow and that I was told they would enforce and it was not.nnThe front desk said the guests were not from NC so they did not know they had to wear masks. Then she said they did know, but the parents aren’t making them wear masks. There is a sign on the entrance WEAR MASKS. This is not a NC pandemic it is a WORLDWIDE pandemic. Everyone knows to wear a mask. Don’t tell guests you keep a safe environment when you do not.

Room is clean and new, tv a bit too far and nice staff. Breakfast is not bad.
