Red Roof Inn Raleigh Southwest - Cary

Upon arrival and after checking in, we were first told that the elevator did not work. My husband is just recovering from hip replacement surgery. It was very difficult to climb the stairs for him. After unpacking our clothes, I went to take a shower and found that the water was barely trickling out of the faucet. I went to call the main desk and the phone didn’t work. I will add, the front desk person was very nice and moved us to another room. Stairways were filthy and hallways smelled. When getting ready the next morning, I discovered there were no blow dryer‘s at all in any rooms at the hotel. We are very well traveled. I have never left a negative review. This experience was so horrible, I could not resist.

Bang for the bucks. We are working in the area. We need some place the crash at the location close to all amenities. We highly recommend this hotel. Front desk staff very friendly. Clean room great location and good staff.nRed Roof price with hilton service

Very nice but had a room where heat didn't blow and toilet stayed backed up

The rooms were disgusting. It was no smoking but all we could smell was cigarettes and weed. Beds had mold, hair and bugs. Only good thing about the hotel was the employee at the front desk that helped find a decent room on our 4th try. She was excellent.

Location is excellent. Great service. Clean rooms. Those are the 2 things I expect which I am very pleased
