Extended Stay America - Raleigh - Cary - Harrison Ave.

I had booked a room for a single queen. I needed a bottom floor due to my walking and the stairs. They had no rooms of that kind available on that floor, so they upgraded it so I could be on the bottom floor. I was so thankful! That's good business and they made sure the room was clean before entering. Very nice people, juliet and chad!! Thank you so much for showing there are good people with good attitudes that work here! It's not like that in other hotels I've been in. They did an awesome job!

After my first stay there, I went back and it was an absolute pleasure to stay again! I am thinking that it was just a few other guests that were the reason for the not so perfect stay. I've booked there several times since and everything and everyone were top notch! Great place for a great price!

They overbooked us and it took us a few hours to find one in Raleigh that had room. The hotel was alright, stains on the floor and the fridge wasnt too clean but overall a good enough experience. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms are not large friendly. Had to reach funny to get the toilet paper, and I had to bend over to wash my hands. Otherwise it was nothing to cry about and everything we needed was there with little inconvenience so I say 7/10.

Living here is truly a home away from home. The staff is great! I will truly recommend staying here if you're in the Cary area!!

The room I stayed at had bedbugs. I was bitten severely. The hotel staff did not want to take responsibility, did not give refunds, did not provide any customer care. Rude and unprofessional staff with no processes in place.nAvoid this location and extended stay in general. It does not provide the service stated on their website.
