Best Western Plus Cary Inn - Nc State

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast came is a browns bag and wasn’t bad! A muffin, fruit, juice and a breakfast sandwich. I would love to give them 5 stars, unfortunately I can not. The rooms are dated with a moist smell and feel. One of the headboards was coming loose from the wall, we heard guest traffic all night long both nights as or room was right by the back door. As a result, our room smelled of cigarettes constantly. As a said, the staff from the desk to house keeping were all so friendly and the room, beds and bathroom were all clean, I wish I could give 5 stars.

Located in crossroads this is the best, affordable hotel around. The staff here are very laid back yet helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. The maintenance crew and clean up guy are impressive to watch. They really hustle and keep this place in working order. Plenty of parking and a covered parking area for my motorcycles on rainy days. Sleeping here is great with the huge beds and quiet atmosphere.

Good rate. Clean rooms . Jacuzzi was s bit worn. But not bad. Some furniture nerfs to be more modern in some rooms but not too bad for best western

Nice place and safe to stay at this location I got a clean and comfortable room.I ended up getting stuck in Apex,Nc and apparently since best western is my go to hotel to stay I decided to make the 8 miles trip to this location since best western offers a full breakfast....So I thought!! Not this Location!!I could have given them 3 stars but the employees are nice and respectful...

It's just oknBefore I put 5 stars . Staying longer it's just progressing to just ehhh okay. I don't like this motel as much as I did for many reasons now.
