SpringHill Suites by Marriott Raleigh Cary

Entire hotel was clean. Our room was clean and stocked with bath products in case you didn't bring your own. In room coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Great space in room for what you pay a night. I liked that you have to have your key card to enter the building. Wish the pool, bar, and restaurant had been open but due to covid it was not. Was told that they offer complimentary breakfast but we didn't get up in time. They do have a snack shop in the hotel that is open 24 hours which came in handy for our midnight snack attack. Receptionist at check in and check out was friendly.

Impressed. Way better than I expected. I'm usually an Embassy Suites kind of lady. Breakfast could be better. Everything else was delightful. Covid-19 protocol made me feel confident I was safe.

Very friendly front desk and manager working at 6 pm. They went above and beyond what was expected of them when the pool was closed. Even with no pool open, this place was a great place to stay. Modern and a nice atmosphere along with the best staff working!!

Personal *OPINION* the bed was way too hard, but some people like a firm bed so don't judge it on that alone. Convenient quiet location, beautiful spacious rooms, and pleasant staff. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I'm ever back in the area

Great stay and the staff handled COVID okay. One suggestion would be to provide some way to clean the room or provide new towels, remove trash and provide additional toiletries. Overall, the hotel and value were Great other than that. Miss breakfast.
