MainStay Suites Raleigh - Cary

VERY pleased with our stay. Very nice and clean. It's in a very pleasant area of Cary NC. Bathroom and bedroom were immaculate! The bed was comfortable and super clean looking and feeling. Great family and couple place to stay. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

I did not like the room. The grade was an 88. The carpet in the hallways need fresh carpet. Elevator buttons half way broken. You can see wires hanging from ceiling. I checked in and waited and said I could not sleep here. I went to check out and was told I was in the room over an hour so no refund. But as I booked this hotel and stated it was non refunded but after not even being there for hours I felt I should have gotten my money back. If I had knew I could of gotten refunded back I would of ask for one soon I checked the room out. The pictures on the website needs to be updated. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!!!
