Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Cary I-40 (PNC Arena)

This hotel feels very welcoming as soon as you pull up to it. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient. Super clean and comfortable. In our opinion, we found this to be the best Hampton Inn to stay in due to overall experience. Would have preferred to book direct instead of Booking.com but the rate was cheaper (about $20) even though we called to see if they would match the same rate.

Booked a king suite and when I got to my room it was a normal king room, not a suite. Talked to the front desk asking what happened and they said that they over booked the room so it wasn't available. They did decide to offer me a lower rate for the king room than the king suite after I told them that wasn't the room I booked. They were going to charge me the same price for the king room as they were for the king suite. Good thing I said something about it. This is unacceptable and over booking should never happen. If you decide to stay here please check that the room you booked is the same as the one they gave you. They will not be up front about it until they are confronted. I will never stay here again.

Great location! We stayed here for 4 days and the hotel staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning.

I stayed here a couple weeks ago and forgot to leave a review as intended but it was such a good experience that I called the hotel to confirm their location before leaving this! The room was fantastic, very clean and they had sanitizing wipes individually wrapped and placed all around the room. Ryan at the front desk was so nice! He thanked me for my military service, made sure we had complimentary waters, texted to confirm we were all set and didn't need anything further in the room, and even got the burrito I left in the fridge after checking out. (Yes I went back for it lol) it was the smoothest check in and out I've had out of the last 5 hotel stays. Definitely pick this one!
