The stay was fine overall. I interacted with 3 different employees at the front desk over my 2-day stay; only 1 of them wore a mask. There were also countless guests walking around public space, elevators without a mask. Can this please be enforced better? I did not feel safe... and unsure if I will stay in another hotel in the near future because of this experience.nThe room appeared clean, some small concerns with the bed linens. I know it's hard to keep the white sheets appearing clean.

Was told we were staying in a nonsmoking room but when we arrived the room had a heavy odor of smoke and we were informed the rooms were all booked so we couldn’t move to another room. Will definitely find another place to stay next time!

The stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room first off was sealed i had to break the seal to get in the room. The room was very clean and Covid-19 free. The remote was new place in sealed bags as well as the little coffee tray. The breakfast was good and hot. Thank you for being Covid-19 conscious ud83dudc4c

Made a stop here on a road trip with my son. Front desk was very helpful, and the room was very nice. The loss of a star comes from the WiFi being a bit spotty and the price being much different than what we saw online. Just a note, which is probably normal, but notable, is that you cannot pay in cash at checkin. You must have a credit card too book the room. We purchased a visa gift card at a gas station and used that so it worked out fine. All in all a nice stay.

The most unprofessional and rude customer service ever! Under mu name they checked in someone else and the lady from the customer service didn't see anything wrong about that. Waiting for them to call me back with the solution. Do not go there.
