To start there was not an elevator to use, I’m unaware if the elevator was out of order or just inexistent. Our room was not clean and roaches were spotted. The only positive aspect was the willingness to issue a refund!

Was impressed with the upgrade remodeling of the hotel in there rooms.

The room and hotel itself are acceptable. My largest complaint was the air in the room not working very well in July. Front desk staff was nice and relatively accommodating. However, the side door, closest to our room, evidently is closed after 9PM, which we were informed of in a quite passive aggressive manner, perhaps it'd make sense to just put a sign up. The room was clean. Beds are comfortable. The TV selection was kind of terrible and the remote didn't work well... Which sounds like an arbitrary complaint, but when you expect to relax and watch some TV after travelling, it's annoying to get up to stand 2 feet from the TV to change channels. Just defeats the purpose of a remote control. The pool was indoors and was open. Overall it was a nice stay with minimal annoyances.
